OUR STORY

In 2013, The Right Method was born out of a fervent desire to revolutionize storytelling. Dhomonique Murphy, a seasoned journalist with a passion for authenticity, founded the agency on the belief that narratives should bring people together, not tear them apart. As a black woman in news, she witnessed firsthand how diverse stories were often sensationalized for ratings, perpetuating harmful stereotypes and division. Determined to change the narrative, Dhomonique set out to create a new methodology—one that prioritized genuine connection and inclusivity.

At The Right Method, we understand that diversity and inclusion go beyond checkboxes—they're integral to the fabric of every organization. That's why we're committed to helping businesses embrace their internal DEI and Supplier Diversity as valuable assets.
