Code of Business Ethics & Conduct – The Right Method, LLC
The Right Method, LLC conducts all business with integrity, accountability, and transparency. We are committed to full compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and all other applicable statutes and regulations.
1. Standards of Conduct
- Employees, officers, and subcontractors shall maintain the highest ethical standards in all dealings with government officials, clients, partners, and the public.
- Bribery, gratuities, kickbacks, or improper payments of any kind are strictly prohibited in accordance with the Anti-Kickback Act (41 U.S.C. §§ 8701-8707).
2. Compliance with Laws
We adhere to all laws governing procurement integrity, antitrust, labor, employment, data protection, and cybersecurity, including but not limited to FAR Subpart 3.10 (Contractor Code of Business Ethics and Conduct).
3. Whistleblower Protections
Employees are encouraged to report suspected misconduct without fear of retaliation. The Right Method complies with FAR 52.203-17 (Contractor Employee Whistleblower Rights).
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All proprietary or sensitive information obtained in the course of performance shall be protected in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, FISMA, and NIST SP 800-171.
5. Subcontracting and Supplier Engagement
The Right Method promotes fair and meaningful Supplier Engagement & Contracting Partnerships in alignment with federal small business subcontracting goals. We actively include small, disadvantaged, veteran-owned, and women-owned firms in our supply chain where practicable.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment, or contract remedies, including termination for cause.
